• Any freight quoted in our ad, is to major cities and surrounding suburbs of Australia, if you are in a remote area or overseas, please contact us for a freight quote.
• We use courier services for prompt delivery, please ensure you include a contact phone number in check out, this assists the delivery process.
• Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box's, so please ensure you provide an actual delivery address in check out.
• We prefer a business address for all deliveries, as courier services delivery during business hours.
• If delivery address must be private residence, please ensure that it is to location where someone will be home, as signature on delivery is required to ensure you receive the item you spent your hard earnt cash on.
• We take all care when packing items and take no responsibility for goods damaged in freight.  Although please contact us if you do have any concerns with a delivered item.

Payment:

• Direct Bank, details provided in check out.
• If you pay via direct bank, please ensure you use your ebay user ID and send us confirmation payment has been processed.
• Cash or Eftpos on pick up.
• We do not accept cheques, full stop!
• Special order items must be paid for in full to confirm order.
