Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • Prior to returning an item, you must contact us to confirm return will be accepted.
  • Returns will be accepted for many reasons, although each case will be judged on a case by case situation.
    (You may only have a concern about the item that can be resolved without return, which will save you time and money).
  • For returned items, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
  • Th time period includes;

  • the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
  • the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
  • the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)

  • If you need to return an item, please email us, advising;
  • Order number
  • Item in question
  • Reason for item return

  • We will promptly respond to all concerns and advise return process if concern cannot be resolved.
  • If an item is being returned due to a warranty issue, a replacement item will be sent, one returned item has been received and confirmed as faulty.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Shipping

  1. Any freight quoted in our ad, is to major cities and surrounding suburbs of Australia, if you are in a remote area or overseas, please contact us for freight quote.
  2. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  3. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
  4. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, although large items are based on freight companies cubed weight calculation.
    (Items that may only weight 15kg, may actually be charge at a higher kg rate, based on the cubed calculation.  A seat is a good example, it weights on average 15k, but due to cubed volume, maybe charge at 97kg) 
  5. The weight of items can be found on its detail page, please keep in mind, this is the physical weight and not the cubed weight.
  6. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
  7. We use courier services for prompt delivery within Australia, please ensure you include a contact phone number in check out, this assists the delivery process.
  8. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box's, so please ensure you provide an actual delivery address in check out.  Providing a PO box for delivery, will only delay dispatch of your order.
  9. A business address can improve delivery time of your order, as courier services delivery during business hours and items will not be left un-attended unless authorised during your order finalisation.
  10. If you provide an address that is a private residence for delivery, please ensure that it is to location where someone will be home, as signature on delivery is required,  unless you provide authorisation during your order finalisation for item to be left unattended.
  11. We take all care when packing items and take no responsibility for goods damaged in freight, although please contact us if you do have any concerns with a delivered item.
